Handling Guide

Cakes stay fresh for up to 72 hours (3 days) in the fridge after delivery or pick-up. Do not freeze the cake if you are not planning to eat it after 3 days. The cake must be kept at or below room temperature (66-72 degrees F) at all times.

We recommend keeping it in the fridge until 1-2 hours before serving it.

If you plan to display the cake outside, keep it in the shade.

Please follow the instructions carefully, as the cake is not our liability once you pick it up.

Do not tilt the boxes. Keep the boxes flat at all times.

Do not push on the sides of a CAKE box. Carry from the bottom.

Do not place on a lap or car seat. Place on the floor, in the trunk, or in front of a seat, and secure.

Do not stack more than two boxes on each other. Carry them separately.
